we have stayed in a few holiday inns and we enjoyed this one. the staff are professional and helpful the hotel was clean and comfortable.it was ideal for the underground station only a 15min walk. the only faults we found were the problem with the door card for the guest room and the television poor size and channel choices.could also do with two separate beds for the children.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days. The only thing that was needed was more storage in. Sofa bed was also ok.

Beds and pillows were hard and lumpy. Only a few TV channels (even though Freeview is available in the UK). Cooked breakfast only a choice of eggs, beans or bacon. Noisy all night from busy junction - constant emergency vehicles sirens, motor bikes, etc. Even moved to back of the hotel and it was still bad. Would not recommend.

Stayed here with my colleague for a recent business trip
Found the staff really helpful & the hotel location great
Free parking is such a refreshing change
Only thing That could improve is having fruit at breakfast & there was an Internet problem on the night we stayed
but that was fixed by morning
Really enjoyed our flying visit !

Staff in this hotel were very rude and not helpful at all. I arrived at the hotel very late with a little girl.i was told the hotel does not offer any help with luggage. Internet did not work n generally a very disorganized reception.

Besides the initial confusion at the front desk at the time of check in, we were informed that we were booked on July 30th and not July 29th. My prepaid voucher showed a booking and arrival of July 29th.
The desk manager resolved this situation.

Stayed at Golders Green Holiday Inn Express previously, and all went well with my stay, comfortable room, nice breakfast, decent internet. This time, however, things were different. My bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, and creaked every time I turned over in bed. The pillows were so hard I abandoned them and used a towel and our room was so sparsely furnished, that i couldn't even sleep on the armchair! We had a desk and chair, and a TV which had seen better days, with a rather iffy picture on some of its limited channels, It meant well, I think as wished me a happy birthday when we switched it on. (alas my birthday is in March!!) and an enormous space where presumably the armchair and table/sofa should have been. To rub salt into the wound, we were there on a Sunday - no dinner, and the wifi was down - so no contact with home, and couldn't do my work emails....
