This was the second time I have stayed in a month and although I had a minor problem with the sound on the TV on the first visit the overall stay was good so I made another reservation this time for three nights with my wife. We booked in and went to our room and we found that the problem I had reported three weeks before with the sound on the TV was still apparent it was impossible to use BBC 2 as the sound was so distorted . They agreed to move us to a different room the following morning. We moved rooms and found that the problem was just the same with the TV in every room and the maintenance man told me they had a problem with the system and could not resolve it. On the Saturday afternoon we had a lot of problems with noise as a group of teenagers were on our floor running up and down banging and kicking doors which we thought may pose a problem later that evening so reported it to reception and they agreed to speak to them. We returned later that night went to bed and then and the noise started outside in the corridor and this went on and on. We spoke to reception and they sent staff up but the noise continued until 2.00 AM . We spoke to the reception when we checked out and they were most apologetic told us it was a group visit and they would cancel all future booking with them. As I have said the staff were polite and tried to control the situation but this is not what you expect at a Holiday Inn. 25. Juli 2014
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Nice room The room was good but I had a problem with the TV on BBC2 the sound was terrible and had an echo which made it impossible to hear. Spoke to the reception and they promised to get it looked at the next morning as I was only staying one night I took the matter no further. Staff are very polite and eager to please. 25. Juli 2014

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Comfortable room with kosher breakfast included The location for us was good as we needed to be in Golders Green and also convenient for public transport. We require kosher food so the kosher breakfast option was most welcome. Could have used a bit of variety, but it filled our needs. Staff were helpful. The only downside was not enough storage space for clothes--we had come on from a long vacation and were there for a wedding so didn't want to leave them in a suitcase. It would also be helpful to have a second chair in the room. 21. Juli 2014

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Consistency I've stayed in a good few Holiday Inns all around the country now and they are consistently good at the basics. Cleanliness. Service. Tidiness. Everything is always how it should be and I always take advantage of being able to check the bags in and then dash off to wherever I may be heading. The decor is updated and clean looking, with a warm glow. I would always recommend. 18. Juli 2014

It is great value for money, clean and easily accessible to transport, with a bus stop right outside the door, which makes returning late at night no problem. The staff was friendly and efficient and really made one feel at home. 17. Juli 2014
