Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great facilities, staff, location and price The staff were friendly upon arrival and first impressions of the hotel presentation were very good. The room was a good size, well equipped and well cleaned. Room service was a poor experience due to a long wait time and I was only told on arrival that 3/4 of the drinks we had ordered were not available, which they substituted for alternatives without consulting me first. I returned one of the drinks for a refund so it was handled well but not ideal, considering the premium price paid this was not a satisfactory experience. Breakfast was an included feature which I was not aware of and proved to be a nice surprise. A great selection of hot and cold food set out in a relaxed buffet style was very enjoyable. It was also convenient as we only had a short amount of time before our train so it was nice to have the option of a quickly accessible breakfast. February 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value stay This hotel is easily accessible by road and public transport, although as previously stated the parking is limited in spaces it has a very fair pricing policy. The hotel bedrooms are under going refurbishment. Unfortunately there was a small issue with our room, the reception staff were very quick to respond and reassigned a new room without question, also offering a drink on the house for our trouble. All staff, without exception, were polite and had a smile, whether reception staff or housekeepers. We would definitely stay here again. February 8, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express London Limehouse Very good hotel close to Shadwell DLR station, great for any business at Queen Mark University or the Hospital. Parking provided at £12 so that was great. Rooms were clean and up to date. The staff very nice. Only issues we had was noisy guests arriving at 2am but that is beyond the control of the hotel. But the temperature controls in our room did not work. I'd still stay here again as value for money was great February 1, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outside appearance We had a good night, comfortable, clean room and very helpful front desk staff Unfortunately the outside of the hotel is not very appealing but I guess that may just be the location. If not booked in I doubt we would have "walked" in for a room from the outside appearance. Difficult I recognise to change but I'm sure something could be done to cheer it up! February 1, 2016
