Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap, Clean, Comfortable Hotel was clean, linens were changed upon request. Rooms were small, in line with NYC standards, but comfortable enough for 3 people. Breakfast was good, but seating can be a problem. Elevator was slow! Be prepared to take the stairs. Overall, good experience January 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced and poor service For a hotel with 30+ floors and only 2 lifts is sub standard,especially when frequently 1 lift is being reserved by service staff, often had to wait up to 10 mins for a lift. Finishing breakfast ar 9:30 is poor when on vacation especially when the breakfast room is then only needed for bag storage!. Breakfast is like feeding time at the zoo, too congested, no where to sit and the food is mostly processed junk. Overall this hotel is substandard by IHG standards and vastly overpriced even by NY standards January 23, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not good Stayed here for one night, would probably not stay here again as I did not enjoy my stay. First, the room they gave us was not even cleaned, the sheets was unmade, the bathroom dirty and a thank you note from the previous guest was still there. I told the front desk, she apologized and "upgraded" us to a higher floor with a better view, but it was a double bed instead of king which was fine for me. The 2nd room was clean, however, the 2nd bed by the window had a bunch of black stuff on the blanket which I figured probably came form the a/c / heater that was next to it. I didn't even bother to ask for another room as I had brought food with me and I didn't want it to get cold and I was only staying for the night. The other bed was ok so I slept on there. Then the tv was choppy, I was watching a show and every so often the volume would disappear and turn back on that I couldn't even enjoy the show I was watching. Upon leaving around 930am, the elevators took forever because they were doing maintenance (probably the worst time to do maintenance as a lot of people were checking out or going down to breakfast). Didn't even stay for the breakfast as I just wanted to get out of there. This was the first hotel I've stayed at I did not enjoy my stay. On a plus side, it was close to alot of attractions, restaurants, transportation and entertainment. January 19, 2016

Since the room was not yet ready and we arrived early before check-in time, they took care of our luggage and one of their staff suggested a good Italian restaurant near the hotel. When we requested for a late check-out, they gave us until 3 PM. January 18, 2016
