Hotel needs to be updated. Bath tub soap holder fell off the wall.

We enjoyed our stay. The quality of the hotel and it's location were a pleasant surprise to us. While we were only here one night, we would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Overall if you just need a place to sleep this is alright. Overall value is fine for what you get. If you just plan on sleeping here and getting breakfast, its the place for you. Breakfast is until 9:30 am ONLY! They locked the door to the dinning room at that time so no one else could come in. Not enough seating in the breakfast area to accomodate guests. Most people do book Holiday Inn Express for the breakfast, duh!! They should know this and have a more significant amount of dinning area. Flat panel tv in room but there was no frig. We had been told they had put new frig and tv in rooms when we arrived. Staff is very nice.

I am a business traveler so I wasn't exactly thrilled about the Hotel being so close to Disney's front gate. But this hotel was set up to handle it.
They have a huge breakfast area and a huge lobby. The rooms are large and the service was great. They were fast and friendly with every request.
I was surprised how quiet my room was with all the kids and parents acting like kids. It was a great experience and I will stay here again without fear of being attacked by kids with mouse ears.

This hotel is a decent value. The room was comfortable however it is in need of some updates especially in the bathrooms. I also wanted to know why there was no air conditioning in certain areas of the hotel. Florida has high humidity as we all know and it made for a slightly unpleasant smell in some areas of the hotel. We were only there 2 nights so it was no big deal but I would not have been too thrilled to stay longer than that. There was no working fan in the room's bath and there was fuzz in the overhead vent. Tile was in need of repair but again, not a big deal for a couple nights.

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, a very good value for the money and close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
