Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel but wifi is the pits I made the reservations for over 10 rooms at this hotel for members of my organization. The staff was excellent, friendly and patient with my numerous calls to add rooms and specifications (king vs. 2 queens, handicapped, not handicapped etc.) and with my last minute cancellation of one of them. The rooms were very nice. What could be better: 1. The wifi was practically non-existent. Neither my roomie, nor I, could access the internet with any reliability. When it worked, it worked well/fast, but that was rare and spotty. 2. When there's a group like us renting a bunch of rooms, please put us in a block, by ourselves. I realized the morning that we left that there were "civilians" mixed among us that had to put up with our carousing into the night. My apologies to them and my thanks for not complaining. If you'd have come over we would have offered you a drink. We all should have been at the end of the hall, by ourselves. 3. Saturday morning breakfast was very good - choices of cereals, fruits, bagels, eggs and sausage. Sunday the sausage was substituted with hash browns. This wasn't great for those of us that are trying to watch our girlish figures. Bacon would have been a better alternative. That's it, a very good hotel with excellent staff, a pretty good breakfast and a crummy wifi. I'd still stay there again. January 30, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Time for a new bed This is a nice hotel. It's clean and the breakfast is okay. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here many times and this is the first time we both agreed that the bed needed to be replaced. It was hard and springy and we both were kind of achy when we woke up. It boggles the mind that hotels wait so long to change out their mattresses. I mean, for goodness sake, the reason you book a hotel in the first place is to have a place to sleep while you're away from home. So when the bed goes bad and hasn't been replaced, it can really spoil the experience. We would stay here again because, frankly, it's the most decent place to stay in Oroville. January 25, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Years Eve in Oroville Room was excellent for our short stay for New Years Eve. We went to local casino where rooms were all booked so we stayed a few miles away in Oroville. Room was more than adequate. It was the type of room we would have enjoyed staying in for a week or more. Two beds plus desk and sitting area. Only thing was the bathroom seemed cramped and small but sufficient for our short stay. We partied late for New Years and were accommodated by late check out. January 3, 2016
