The bed pillows were very disappointing. The pillow cases were labeled "soft" and "firm". While the so-called "firm" pillows were slightly less soft than the "soft" pillows, they were definitely NOT firm. People who sleep better with actual firm pillows cannot comfortably use your version of a "firm" pillow.
Overall, however, our experience was very positive.

We stayed for 2 nights for 4 people. On the first day, the room only had 2 towels so I called the operator and asked for 2 more towels. The person that answered the phone sounded like he had better things to do than to provide service. I asked for the towels, I was placed on hold, about 3 minutes later I was told that he only has 1 towel available. I then stated that I booked for 4 people and that I will need 2 extra towels. I was then placed on a longer hold and was finally told that he will bring it up. We ended up with 4 more towels instead of 2.
On day 2 (last night of stay), I called again at night to ask if express check out is available but no one answered the phone. I let it rang for a full 5 minutes until I gave up.
I like the place, it is clean, good breakfast, but the night service needs to be addressed.

This was my first visit to this particular Holiday Inn. It was very nice and very comfortable. I like that it is situated away from the main road a bit so that you don't have traffic noise.
