My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express while we were on a shopping trip. We figured we would also get a room with a jacuzzi for a little romance as well. The room was amazing, clean, and inviting. All of the in-room amenities were excellent and met our expectations.
The staff at the front desk however was rude (spoke poorly of another guest leaving while we were checking in), and the cleaning staff could be heard making rude remarks in the hallway the next morning.
Since we didn't deal with the staff for the most part, our visit was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

It was a pleasure to stop here for the nite after driving for 6 hours - and having breakfast included was a real treat. We espcially liked the 'pancake' machine, and enjoyed a leisurely beginning to our day - having the NYTimes available was also a plus.

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by AnnieB66 Illogical room setup
This comment pertains to the design of the room and has nothing to do with the excellent service we received during our stay. If you are travelling with anyone other than your spouse/significant other or alone, the room setup is absurd. The sink is immediately inside the door so if someone goes out, comes back in, and you're at the sink brushing your teeth or whatever, you'd better be fully dressed-no privacy. Also, because of its location, if anyone is still in bed while you're at the sink, the light will prevent them from sleeping. The bathroom (toilet and shower/tub) is barely big enough to turn around in, is not very well lighted, and should be on the opposite side of the room if it has to be separated from the sink. On the plus side, the beds are comfortable, the staff was terrific, and the room was very clean. Thank goodness, no smoking!
