My stay at your property was less than pleasant. Either my room was 85 degrees or 60. I could not sleep due to the noise of the air conditioner which had to run all night to keep the room from 85 degrees.

Each time we come here the rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff are ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

This is my favorite hotel in DT Sacramento, the hotel has been recently renovated, the staff are great and you can walk to just about anywhere in downtown. Parking is included included with your stay.

As a platinum priority rewards member, I stay at many Holiday Inn Express. I travel with my wife and small children often, and also with students and athletes as a group for school/sport events. I've come to enjoy the quality, value, and, who can forget, free breakfast! This Holiday Inn Express lives up to my expectations and meets all of my needs. We had 30 students staying in the hotel with us for a conference this time and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I will choose this hotel again for the next conference at the convention center, and will continue to patronize Holiday Inn Express in general. If there was one con, however, it would be that the air conditioning in my room didn't work well. I needed to leave it on all day in order for the room to cool down on a warmer than usual spring day.

In the room...
1. The bathroom sink upper edge separating from the lower edge of the counter.
2. The bathroom seemed to be updated but the toilet is outdated - too small and it waste water.
3. The bed lamp button on the night stand was difficult to turn on and off.
4. The sink plunger does not seat properly, allowing water to escape when the plunger is down.
The maintenance personnel needs to pay more attention.
