I thought the hotel and the rooms were very clean. the location was very convenient. The morning food was good, if you are looking for a bagel, toast or a biscuit. I would suggest staying away from the eggs.

It's very happy to stay holidayInn here , the room is good, I got perfect stay during my biz travel to silicon valley.
if the breakfast have more choice will be perfect.

The good:
Staff was very helpful. I ran out of toothpaste. Holiday Inn normally stocks toothpaste at the desk, but they had run out. However, instead of sending me away empty handed, the desk clerk gave me a small travel toothpaste from her personal stock. That's service.
The hotel is close to 101 and very convenient to many tech companies.
The expected:
The hotel was clean and the room was in-line
The bad:
The property is on El Camino, which never really sleeps. I had a street facing room. I'm a light sleeper, and one night a loud person on the street (drunk? probably) woke me up at 4am. Eventually he stopped ranting and I went back to sleep.
The room refrigerator had a noisy compressor. I unplugged it.

I have stayed here a few times as it is very convenient for meeting customers in nearby Mountain View.
The check-in was quick and efficient even though I arrived early, the staff were pleasant and attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Rapid check-out was a breeze.
I have stayed in a few Holiday Inns and this is one of the best run and best maintained.

Room was comfortable and service was kind and considerate. Room near the big was bit noisy during early morning. Breakfast was average american style.

I am always met with friendly staff upon arrival and given delicious cookies! My room is inviting and very comfortable. I usually have a quick nap and I am ready to do the town. I know later that night I will have a quiet and relaxing nights sleep.
