Rated 1,0 out of 5,0 Awful noise
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Scarborough for two nights in August 2014. The experience was AWFUL!!! There was so much noise in the corridor and outside that I didn't get to sleep till past 3 am on both nights. When I called down to the front desk the gentleman told me that he would get security to quiet the other patrons down . They didn't quiet down till past 4 am on the first night. All night I heard doors being slammed and people screaming and running around in the halls. When I confronted the manager after my first night she wanted to give me a 15% discount which to me seemed ridiculous. Then she decided to give me a 25% discount( which seemed unfair ) but I agreed. The next night she assured me that there would be no noise . Well again I didn't sleep the second night but this time the manager on duty ( named Peter) told me that he was sorry to hear about this bit did nothing to compensate me.i promise you that I will NEVER sleep at any holiday inn again and I will definitely tell all my friends about this awful experience along with telling trip advisor about this location .

Good for the business traveler at a very good price. I don't use all the facilities, such as the pool, but it is a good for personal travel too because of its location near the 401.
