Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Staff My wife and I stayed here while vacationing and visiting family. Near the end of our stay she experienced a medical emergency and was locally hospitalized for an additional two weeks. The staff here was extremely professional dealing with the paramedics while maintaining my wife's dignity. Additionally they were most accommodating in my extended stay and my coming and going at very erratic hours. They allowed me my privacy whenever I needed it and adjusted the cleaning schedule in order to assist me. The room was always clean, quiet and comfortable. I cannot thank the management and staff enough for all of their help and cooperation during a very difficult time for my wife and I. They should be rewarded for their efforts and accommodating service! February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet, Clean Room Great place to stay. I was here for one night in February for business. The room was perfectly set up with a desk and couch area. Even though the room was near the elevator, it was the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was comfortable, pillows were too thick for my neck, but they did offer soft and hard. Everything was clean. It was a little strange to walk into the dark lobby. The staff said they were conserving electricity. (This was at 5:00 in the evening, it was still light outside) And for the price paid, I would have expected to be able to take a hot shower. It was sufficiently warm but obvious that they turned the temp down on the water heater. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Silver Springs and would stay there again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast was poorly set up Lady responsible for the Breakfast was more concerned with sitting on the counter in the back room texting, then making sure the guests were served with all available items. We are Express customers and this property had poor staff interaction with guests in general. How difficult is it to manage an Express Breakfast, we need to suggest that she needs to do what she was hired to do, she then get at it as in she never understood that saving the guests was her task. This speaks poorly of management. February 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and friendly The room was prepared well each day. The breakfasts were good with excellent choices. The attendants were very friendly and helpful. The tables were cleared and wiped down quickly for new guests to sit. The grounds were well maintained and lighted at night. Parking was ample and convenient. We dined at the recommended restaurant around the corner and took advantage of the 10% discount. February 4, 2016
