Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Great access to London Stayed here twice now in the last 3 months as it is such a great base for visiting London. Staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is adequate, parking is easy and free! And the railway station is 100 yards away and with the wind in the right direction you can be stood on the platform in Paddington Station within 20 minutes of leaving the hotel. 23. Februar 2015

Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Poor Parking. There are not always enough parking spaces on site. One either has to park on the street (with lots of no parking areas) or in the nearby train station car park. This can cause considerable inconvenience, especially if one arrives late at night. I feel that this problem needs to be brought to the attention of those booking this hotel. 22. Februar 2015

Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by Better than expected As a business stay the Express by Holiday Inn at Slough exceeded my expectations. Slough is hideously expensive for hotels and this one is not exactly cheap but the room, staff and experience were better than budget expectations. Due to location I guess the car park is a bit small and the menu for dinners and breakfast slightly limited but I was pleasantly surprised to find some cooked food in the morning when I was expecting a basic continental breakfast. Finally the staff should get a special mention; all very attentive, polite, eager to help and seemingly happy to be working there. Overall a good business option in this area. 16. Februar 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 Excellent place to stay for short and long My first contact was with Anusha or Anupama from the reception who suggested the best dinner when i arrived from a 20 hour travel. Then Martha was always helping me out with all the little things like booking a taxi, wifi, best route to travel and she finally helped me a room when the hotel was 100% occupied during the end of my stay. I want to thank the pakistani man in the reception with glasses for helpping me out with IHG reward card and points. Also want to thank the woman who refreshed food in the cafertia. Also the woman who cleans the room every single day perfectly. I have already passed on my feedback to my company to use this as a preferred hotel for our employees. Thank you all so much for making the 18 nights stay feel like home. 15. Februar 2015
Rated 3,0 out of 5,0 by Nice room, not much parking, Staff not as helpful. The first impressions of the hotel, after spending a little time searching for it in the secluded area, is that it looked like a small budget hotel, with limited parking spaces. The checking in process was easy and simple. The room itself had an nice TV with many services, Wifi was free, and the room had a decent bathroom and bed. Problems occurred when my girlfriend asked reception for a toothbrush, where she was met with a puzzled look from the receptionist. After many attempts of repeating the word, and playing charades, the receptionist nodded and pulled out a box of tea bags. The next morning, whilst in the shower, I heard the door open and a person call out 'Hello?' After replying to this with the same greeting/question, The door slammed shut. This occured 1 hour 30 mins before normal check out, and 3 hours 30 mins before I was supposed to check out. The staff at the desk were not very helpful after hearing what had happened, and after giving the housekeeping a call to confirm the incident, they offered a mere apology and said nothing could be done about it. Bad customer service from this hotel. This once happened at another hotel, where they took the matter very seriously and dealt with it accordingly. 13. Februar 2015
