Hotel was perfect for our purpose - day trip to Foxtown, Switzerland (bus available from Malpensa airport) and morning flight to Paris the day after. And the need for family room to accommodate us all. The shuttle was reliable, on time and accommodating as well. Breakfast was sufficient, internet worked well and best part was all at the rate that was unbelievable! Check in was fast and hassle free too.
Nothing to fault. May not be the choice for those who want to explore Milan as a city. And yes - we woke up to such a sweet surprise - a glimpse of the snow covered swiss alps. Priceless!

Nice place but the location is not very pleasing. Convenient to airport but not much to do in the neighborhood

Great location for morning flights from Malpensa. Had parking for Priority Club members. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have used this hotel on many occasions and I have found the staff to be excellent. Friendly, courteous and very efficient service is offered to all clients. Rooms standard is very good, clean and comfortable.

I walked into the dining room at 8:45 AM and 40 of the 50 tables had refuse on them. I could not eat. I took two yogurt containers to the room. It was disgusting to look at. The second morning I arrived at 6:10 AM. It was delightful. Good food! Wonderful variety!

We used the hotel for an overnight stay as our flight arrived in the late evening. The room was very comfortable.
What we wanted was a good night sleep after the flight, and that is what we got, so it met all our expectations.

good value close to airport. the printer is not working well and the internet has 2 computers that are usually occupied. if you want something printed they ask you pay about 20 cents a copy. that is total nonsense . for less than a buck they manage to aggravate a guest when everything else in ok. overall pretty good. i would go back , that said i refused to pay 20cents for a insignificant copy. why dont they fix the free printer??????
