Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great service with friendly staff.
The only cons were that the room really needed to be vacuumed more carefully and we had very noisy neighbors talking in the hallway at about 6 am. The staff was very good and the amenities were also very good.

My husband and I have worked retail most of our lives so we know when we get good service and appreciate it .
The only thing that I could suggest is that maybe all the front end reception personal could smile and respond with a hello or good morning ,, that was the only time i would say I had to speak to employee before she spoke to us.. I had to initiate a response first ? Its just nice to have people say hello makes you feel at home:}

Hotel was great. Stayed before when visiting my sister in hudson, Fl. Not the best time for me this time though. I was there to attend a funeral.

I have no complaints about my stay in Spring hill, Holiday Inn Express. It was clean, quiet and all staff were helpful and professional. Wish the prices were a little lower.

The rooms should have a mini fridge and microwave in them. That would be very beneficial to those of us with families. Also, the breakfast should have included some sort of meat other than just the sausage gravy (ie- no bacon or sausage patties or sausage links, etc.).

Overall a good experience but needs improvements
Breakfast was only average because the pancake maker was "broken" for 3 of the 4 days that I was there and they ran out of sausage and biscuits.
Supplies and food ran out and had to ask for items to be filled up.
I don't travel much but I was surprised that not once were the beds made up or room cleaned. I was always asked if I wanted the "room serviced". Should I have to ask?
After 2 days I want dry towels, the garbage emptied, and more toilet paper.
Garbage at the pool was full for 2 days.
My grandchildren and family were able to visit and we were allowed to use the meeting room to play cards and have birthday cake for me. Thanks for that!!
