Was made very welcome on arrival, staff were concerned with my difficulty in walking and were very helpful,could not fault service or quality of facilities and service given.

After staying in other companies this type, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness bedroom size and facilities
breakfast was good and staff were all very friendly, the only downside is that they do not do an evening meal,which I would assume be of similar standard as we encountered at the
Holiday Inn Express in Stoke on Trent. Will definately stay again and try out other hotels in the group.

very nice staff. good overall. have stayed before. will stay again. BUT hotel REALLY REALLY needs to get the heating sorted
