Front desk did not know what they were doing and were not at all helpful. Asked for a double bed and was told that the hotel was completely booked and they didn't have one available. The parking lot was almost completely empty and we rarely saw anybody in the hallways, there's no way this hotel was booked full. Had to sleep on the floor since there was only one bed. Not at all what I would expect from a 3 star hotel.

No problems with the rooms itself.
Another guest screamed obscene language at my wife and I, and then hit our vehicle with two muffins thrown out a fourth story window. When we told management about this incident we were told they would take care of it. When we went to check out we were told they believe it was teenagers that did it, but they weren't sure. Nothing happened on their end. They did not even speak with the guests. The manager just laughed about it and sent us on our way. All it showed is that this hotel does not care about the guests in the hotel. Just about how many rooms it can fill.

Stay was okay, but I would expect more from a 3 star hotel. Staff was unprofessional. Room service answered the door blaring music on their phone. There are plenty of much nicer hotels nearby for a fraction more.
