Excellent customer service. The location is safe. Ample parking space. There was no one answering the phone when I tried to call several times in the evning.

A very beautiful hotel and very spacious room. A little confusion at check in but the girl was new and everything worked out great with the help of another front desk adviser. Very close to Airport and Busch Gardens.

Good location. Close to airport. Very clean. Room decorated very nicely. All of which is the reason I have loved HI. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and neither were comfortable. In fact, one was really leaning to side with hump in middle. This is the third HI we have stayed in lately with bed issues. I hate that because that is one of the reasons we always stay at HI because of the mattresses and bedding. I think I will try another hotel chain next time. Did not eat breakfast but it's always great.

Best Holiday Inn Express we have ever visited. I have family in the area and have stayed at this location many, many times. Each and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Everyone who works at this location from the manager to the housekeeping staff is the BEST!
I have recommended this location to numerous family and friends and all have had the same great experience. The entire staff is so friendly and attentive----new employees of other locations should train under this staff.

When visiting the Tampa area, I usually stay at this hotel, a few times a year. The staff are very friendly and treat you like a friend. The room is always clean and the breakfast is typical Holiday Inn Express, which I consider very good. The location is convenient, right off the Veterans Expressway, with several restaurants and a movie theater nearby. About 20 minutes to downtown and 10 to the airport. I will continue to stay here and would recommend it to others.

Very good location. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Only thing I would recommend is that housekeeping learn english, other than that, they were great!
