I reported on check out, the bed was very uncomfortable, hurt my back & may need replacing. I slept terribly between 2x 15 hour work days. I was left to walk away, that was it, no further discussion. I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the beds. The breakfast also fell very short. Such a waste of money & time for a shocking nights sleep,due to the bed discomfort. My back hurt all day at work. I received an IHG response email saying they'd added a few points to my account which was a joke with the amount paid to stay one night.
I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express again in Crewe on last week & yet again, the bed hurt my back & seems again to require replacement. The TV's in the whole hotel went down mid programme viewing & didn't go back on before going to bed. The Air conditioning didn't work properly, which we reported. Only positive, the Staff were helpful at Crewe unlike Wandsworth, they seemed unhappy.

The Holiday Inn Express at Wandsworth boast some of the best staff I have encountered. The breakfast staff in the restaurant are always incredibly friendly and always have a great sense of humour.

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Frühstück total ausreichend und der Check In/Out ging sehr schnell.
Leider nur sehr wenige Steckdosen im Zimmer und kein Adapter verfügbar.
