Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional Staff A group of 3 consultants from The Real Life Training Group spent 5 nights at this hotel. The comfort and amenities at this hotel are outstanding. In addition to that what really made our experience stand out was the quality of the staff. We worked with Janelle and Anna in the mornings, Noel in the afternoons and Kathy and Mimi at night. they all went well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure all our needs were met. Miguel and Carol did and outstanding job with breakfast. the food was fresh and very good. We are returning to the area in March and have already reserved our rooms. We have also reserved the meeting room because it is much more conducive to our needs than the meeting room we used in February. Truly outstanding. Thank you!!!! February 9, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Yreka Holiday Inn - Great Place for a Great Price I had to check in last-minute and was easily accommodated in the middle of the week. A request for a third floor room was handled without incident from the front desk staff. Upon check in I was offered a chance to sign up for the IHG Rewards Club and took the opportunity to do so. My first impression of the hotel was that it was fairly new and that was made even more apparent when walking to my room. Having a central elevator was very nice and made carrying my things to the third floor very easy. My room was very comfortably sized and the bathroom was big enough to accommodate two people easily with morning routines and what not. I will stay here again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Yreka, CA. February 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Back Home Again! We had stayed here in December and knew we were returning in January so we reserved the same room again. It was wonderfully relaxing and comfy! The staff welcomed us with a smile and calling our names - greeted us a Gold Members and sooo accommodating. We were told to make sure we were registered for our Double Points that are in effect until March or April. We did that and sure appreciated their kindness by telling us about our program. The gentleman who cares for the kitchen and breakfast program is so polite and attentive to everyone. We can guarantee we will be returning in April and May. Thanks, IHG, for providing wonderful surroundings and excellent staff to make our visits complete! January 28, 2016

Recommend Italian restaurant 'Strings' in quaint old town. If it weren't so far from home, we'd drive there just for dinner and the HIE stay! January 24, 2016
