Sleeping was a pain. Bed was of very poor quality and uncomfortable. Feels like a used bed with poor support. Aesthetics was good and swiss type. When moved in, the girl at the reception demonstrated poor attitude with rolling eyes because I preferred to check in first and then park the car - not the other way. They have a CFL / DAY parking as there was not other parking nearby.
Very simple and small room for a sofa bed and a queen bed, not to expect the comfort standard of American hotels including - lack of iron.
Breakfast was great and with variety. The chef and the service staff in the morning was courteous and helpful exactly opposite to the reception/ front desk..

Der Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Schnelles freundliches Check-in und out, sauber und genau gemäss Buchung.
Da kommt man gerne wieder hin.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the staff's argumentative attitude and unwillingness to explain specific processes, made our stay unnecessarily stressful. Lack of Assistance with printing of boarding passes and poor signage made it impossible to have passes prior to departure for airport.
Bartender's did not explain that cost of gin was separate from that of tonic water. Certainly 30 Swiss francs would be considered gouging the customer. Asked for limes, told there was none but they were served at breakfast next morning.
Bartender got food order wrong, denied it, and failed to seek solution. All meals were over cooked and chef merely walked away from our table when we expressed our concerns.
Friend notified front desk that TV and AC we're not working. Help was promised but never came to room.
All in all a horrible experience!

TV didn't work, phone didn't work, wifi didn't work, shower was clogged and the mattress was the worst I had ever slept on.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable and close enough to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic! Much better than every other hotel I've been to around Europe.
However, we made a reservation for the airport bus and arrived in time for departure in the morning but the bus was already full. They read out the room numbers who had made a reservation and ours was one of them and stated that anyone without a reservation had to get off. When no one got off, they tossed out our luggage and left us standing on the side of the road! No apology, no instructions, they just left. Eventually the front desk arranged a taxi for us but they did so disdainfully, as though it was our fault and we were being an imposition, with much sneering and squabbling in German. Unacceptably rude and stressful when you're trying to catch a flight.

We enjoyed our stay at this HIE, and will go back next time we are in Zurich! Make sure you ask the front desk for 110V adapters for your phone/iPad charging.. helpful folks.
