Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A loyal customer I like the HIEx in Aberdeen for a number of reasons..., town centre, close to my office, comfortable rooms, and really "fit for purpose" on various levels. The front desk staff are always friendly and pleasant to deal with. My only concern would be the taxi booking procedure,taxi reliability and promptness, this seems a to be a little hit and miss for my liking, especially as it is critical to get to heli-ports and airports on the planned time and am now always a little sceptical of how things will turn out on the day..., which shouldn't be the case really. Good little hotel and that is why I keep coming back. 20 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good city centre location A good base for Aberdeen City centre, with easy access to Union Street, restaurants, coffee shops, bars , etc. Friendly atmosphere, with comfortable beds and peace and quiet, considering location. Plenty of space in the room and common areas. Breakfast was quick, easy and good, although I would have preferred bacon to have been available rather than sausages. Would definitely return for city centre appointments. 13 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Post-Christmas stay Eventually arrived at 1.30 in the morning and staff very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. Problems getting the TV to work, but this was fixed in the time it took to eat breakfast. Overall, a pleasant 3 days. 06 January 2015
