Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in it was like staying with friends. Happy nice people to interact with. And there was even a beer reception event that I almost missed out on entirely. Luckily, it went later than they had planned. That was nice. The rooms have extra tall ceilings and were huge. The Maintenance Engineer and housekeepers take care of you on the floor. The desk is friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area, making great suggestions for food and fun. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Well done I made a mistake on dates while booking online. I called and talked to the night clerk-Tanesha?-who dealt with the change quickly and pleasantly. Realized when checking out that the price was even 10/night cheaper than quoted online. She was there when we checked in the next day. Such a professional! She treated all the guests in line with respect and the sense that she knew her job well. Competent, prepared, excellent communication. The woman in charge of breakfast was also delightful to interact with. We were a bit late the first morning but she encouraged us to take our time and didn't make us feel rushed. 17 January 2015
