After a hotel fail closer to the city, we were disappointed that that there was nothing else affordable or clean anywhere nearby. We took a chance staying so far from the city, but were pleaseantly surprised. The surrounding area was nice and safe and had plenty of shopping and dining options. It was alos very close to Napa's wineries :) The staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were very comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good and there were lots of options. I would definately recommend the hotel. 23 January 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ants and Poor TV Normally a good value (as I have stayed here a few times previously on business) my most recent stay was not at all pleasant. The first night saw an invasion of ants in the bathroom and stains on the bathroom floor tile. The front desk staff person, while somewhat short, did switch me to another similar room. However, the property was not able to get some TV channels for the remainder of the stay and the guest(s) above me did not show consideration for guests below as they were "thumping" on the floor each night. For a Gold Priority Member, one would appreciate a bit more accommodation for a frequent user of Holiday Inn properties. I will consider other options before booking at this property in the future. 18 January 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy heater in room We've stayed at this hotel before with no issues. This time around, our room's heater was very noisy every time it was set to automatically turn on. It kept on waking us up in the middle of the night; as a result, we did not have a good night's sleep. We did not bother with informing management due to the fact that we were leaving the next morning. If it was a 2-night or more stay, then we would have complained and demanded to have the device fixed or to change rooms. Other than that, our stay was OK. The free breakfast was good, but the pancake machine was out of order. 06 January 2015
