Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay This hotel continues to offer First Class Service at a reasonable price. The whole hotel is clean, the rooms are excellent, the only let down is the Breakfast, which is not the best I have ever had, but it is included in the room rate. The reception staff are some of the best I have come across, helpful but not intrusive, a credit to them....thank you. The only real issue I have is with the Central Booking Service for IHG group, where it takes a long time to make the booking, and if you dont have your membership number at hand, it takes forever, and the number is a 13p / minute charge. Get the direct number of the hotel and by pass this issue and you will have a great experience January 16, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A good choice. Rooms at this Holiday Inn Express are bright and modern. They have comfortable beds and contain everything the traveller needs for a restful stay. Staff are friendly and polite in an unobtrusive way. This hotel provides a delicious full breakfast with a wide choice and generous portions. It is extremely convenient for Belfast Airport and is an ideal base for touring Northern Ireland. January 13, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unplanned stay but glad we did Due to a storm, we were unable to catch our ferry back to Scotland. I had booked into a sister hotel in Dumfries so thought that I would ring central bookings and see what could be done. I was assured by central booking that we could transfer to the Antrim hotel and would only need to pay the difference between the rates (about £20). I was happy with this and went ahead with the change. Unfortunately the information that I was given by Central bookings was incorrect but Leann at Antrim sorted it out. Leann went above and beyond, ringing central bookings to get more information and to clarify the substandard notes that were sent through. Leann then proceeded to ring Dumfries and arrange a refund (non-refundable booking). While we were waiting for a phone call back from Dumfries, we were offered, tea, coffee, drinks and chocolate from the staff stash in the office. Leann and the fellow also on duty (sorry, I didn't catch your name) were fantastic and we're happy to have a chat, offering suggestions for dinner and advice for our trip back to Larne with potentially flooded roads. The hotel is well located in Antrim, close to outlet shopping and a Asda if you need to do any shopping. Would definitely stay there again! January 3, 2016
