Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent the beds and pillows were comfortable. enjoyed having a soft and firm pillow. the hotel shows its age and it's clear that management is trying to upgrade the property. no problems with wi-fi at all. super fast and easy connectivity. enjoyed being close to several area shopping malls and restaurants. overall a decent place for the price. was not overly impressed with the noisy guests. 25 July 2014

It would have been a better stay if I didn't have to get up to cold to less than luke warm water in the shower, listen to the activity of the elevator in late hours of night and the guests playing "ghetto" music 22 July 2014

Stained sheets, broken a/c vents, broken tv, then moved to room with broken bed and not enough beds, moved to next room (by very sarcastic employee) to find not the right bed structure . I explained to the front desk clerk my situation and he was very eager to assist me and I stayed at this property the duration of my stay in the area and was very pleased. 19 July 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT I lost 15,000 rewards points because of this Holiday Inn Manager. When I made the reservation for this hotel I was told how my rewards points and dollars would apply. The two front desk clerks (who were very nice) told me the same story how they would apply. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT, they changed the rules how the points would apply. When I called Holiday Inn Rewards Club to question my point balance, they said that the hotel manager had already talked to me about the reward points and they would apply as is. THAT WAS LIE, I NEVER TALKED TO THE HOTEL MANAGER. BEWARE OF THE MANAGEMENT. 13 July 2014

The best description of our experience would be that we were made to feel welcome, and especially made to feel at ease. No worries, in this Hotel they have your back! Hungry? Don't worry, we can take you! Business appointment in the morning? We got this! Wonderful, positive attitude from front desk to breakfast in the morning. 02 July 2014
