Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tiny tiny room The room was so so small. Only about 18" between foot of bed and chest of drawers. It was crowded with two people. No counter space in the bathroom... only the back of the toilet. When we checked in the ceiling in the foyer was leaking badly, then started falling down. Wasn't the fault of the hotel (?) they said contractors were working and messed up something. It was so small we booked another hotel, which was 5 stars and cheaper, and closer to market. 21 January 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very comfortable bed and convient location We needed a room for one night. We saw Seether and Papa Roach at the Tabernacle. Our stay was great, the room was clean, beds were really comfortable especially for a hotel even the pillows were comfortable. It is convient to the Tabernacle it took two to three min. to walk back to the hotel after the show (when it counts). We walked about 8 min. to The Park Bar for dinner best burger we have ever had out. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was really good. We rested well and left really early so we could drive two hours home and go to work. Checkout took one min. and our car was waiting when we got done with breakfast. Good stay will return in future. 14 January 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Falling Debris, Power Outage, No Hot Water We were welcomed by having to step over fallen debris in the hotel lobby from the ceiling above us. When we returned hours later from dinner, debris was waiting to great us again. Hotel only had a power outage, fire trucks called, no heat, no explanation. Awoke to no hot water, no explanation and no apologies. 13 January 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed bag I was upgraded to a queen suite upon arrival and then found out I was the first guest in this newly refurbished room. It was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Some things had to be taken care of yet (phone didn't work, refrigerator was not plugged in) but all in all it was ready and comfortable. Unfortunately, this is an older hotel, so some things were not practical to update. The electric switches, for instance, were convenient when you entered the room, but when you awoke in the morning, if it were still dark, they were very hard to locate. The toilet seems like it was built for a child (6'2", 275 lb here). Again, this was something they could not overcome with a cosmetic overhaul and would have needed much more work. The shower was terrific. The breakfast, not so good. Lots of sweet things, fake eggs, water downed juice and waterlogged sausage. The buffet was well stocked and very clean. The staff was wonderful. All of them. The WiFi worked beautifully. So, the bottom line is, I might stay here again, but I doubt it would be my first choice. 11 January 2015
