Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Age Staff was quite friendly and the location is adequate to restaurants and shopping. However, the room suffered from lack of attention, i.e. one part of the baseboard in the bathroom was unpainted, as if someone overlooked it years ago when they remodeled. Hairs observed on the bathroom floor - very disgusting. Biggest complaint is the lack of deep, aggressive cleaning. The breakfast "food," as with other chain hotels, is absolutely atrocious. I would rather they pass on the fake eggs and sausage and just stock up on healthy food. I am not hating, just making observations - we did sleep well, and appreciated the friendly employees. 12 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by booking process needs help ... hotel was great we have nothing but good to say about the hotel and the staff. the central booking process was however, another story. we called in to reserve the room after having scouted out the prices on line. a) they initially wanted to give us a higher price than advertised in their own ads. b) the clerk making the reservation made an error and booked the wrong date.... not the end of the world because things happen. we discovered it when the confirmation email came. c) we spend close to an hour having to talk to several levels of customer service personnel just to try to get them to correct their error. They wanted us to go to the hotel and plead the case the local manager. Seriously? d) finally ...( and fortunately I have unlimited cell time), the third person we talked to took responsibility and corrected their error. 04 August 2014
