Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service When we were about an hour away from hotel, we realized we had forgotten an item and called back to the hotel. The staff went over and above and overnight shipped the item to our home. It was waiting for us when we got home the next day. We really appreciated the extra effort of the staff. The room itself was comfortable and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items. 29 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, safe and comfortable Best choice in the area but you will pay for it! Safe, clean and well appointed property. Rooms are spacious. Be sure to request a room away from the elevator for most quiet. Breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold items with plenty to choose from. A friendly staff was present during our stay. Well lit exterior and interior entrance rooms which are not an option at other local properties. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, another important factor for taking care of things while on the road. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom fixtures were not in good shape and should possibly be upgraded. Overall a great stay. 17 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by terrible housekeeping service The housekeeper at this particular hotel leaves much room for improvement. My room smelled like dog, there was an ice bucket in the fridge that was filled with water/melted ice and it did not appear that the housekeeper vacuumed as there was debris behind the entry door to the room and around the bed. I also discovered that the bathroom sink did not drain well. The sink quickly filled with water and very slowly drained. I advised the front desk. Overall the hotel did not meet my expectations. 28 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not so good service The evening staff was pleasant when I checked in. However, when I voiced my concern about the fact that the signs on each floor pointed to non-existent vending machines as did the info in the room, the woman at the desk was defensive. She told me that I had to come down to the lobby to purchase drinks (a fact I had already figured out) rather than acknowledging the oversight. In the morning when I asked for a zero balance receipt, the woman seemed annoyed that I was interrupting what she was doing. I stayed elsewhere the following night, paid considerably less and receive much better service. I guess you don't always get what you pay for. 17 February 2015
