We had a great stay. The hotel looks new and very clean. the Staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back again when we stop for a long drive from Canada to LA.

This hotel looked like it had been through a major remodel ! As I drove up the rear parking area is VERY large ! This hotel is back off the main drag, so it was quite, no road noise. The staff had the room set cool and it took no time for me to fall asleep. I will stay here again in Buck's Town !

When available my choice is always Holiday Inn Express. When I stayed at Bakersville Holiday Inn Express, my TV wasn't working. I called the desk and Matt didn't everything he could promptly and courteously. When nothing worked, he promptly changed my room, making sure the TV worked before he gave me the key. I appreciate his service.

Wifi was not working and the cable was off as well. Called twice about wifi internet and spoke to gentleman at the front desk. He was the reason I gave service 1-star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Holiday Inn. As a Spire member, I am very loyal to this chain. Was very disappointed. Also sent in an email and have never heard back from the manager.
