Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TOP OFTHE LINE PLACE TO STAY I was treated with care and the staff is very courteous and friendly. I had Shuttle service which I found very accommodating. I will always come back Your Hotel changed the way I originally thought about Baltimore. I had a very terrible experience with one of the neighboring Hotels and I almost didn't want to go visit your City ever. The Down town Holiday Inn changed that horrible feeling. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Stay in Baltimore Our visit was great, the shuttle bus was a real pleasure for us, because drive in Baltimore is a nightmare. The breakfast was great and there was such a good variety of food available. The front desk staff was great and we had a special request for a unscheduled time to John Hopkins and they arranged it so we could get to the hospital on time. The only thing I was disappointed about what I was not told about the $15.00 parking fee when I made our reservation. I really don't think you should charge a customer a fee to park their car in your lot while they are staying there. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for parking while staying at a hotel. The shuttle service was great, it took us to a restaurant in the Inner Harbor and to and from our appointment at Johns Hopkins. Little Italy is only a half mile away. The building apparently was a bank at one time and they have done a great job of converting it into a great hotel. January 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay Our stay was planned so we could get married at PowerPlant Live in Baltimore on a Saturday afternoon. I needed to get checked in at 3, dressed and on the shuttle at 4. The staff was very kind and helpful. They got everything done in a timely fashion so we could have our ceremony on time. We had a great one night stay, checking out early morning was perfect. January 28, 2016
