Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Property Good location about a ten minute walk from the harbour area. Fabulous reception and breakfast area. The hotel looks nothing on the outside but looks super inside so don't be put off. Would definitely stay here again June 19, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Brown Water!!! I went to turn on the water in the sink and it was completely brown. I went downstairs to talk to the staff about it and they were completely unhelpful. They told me to just let the water run and it should fix. So I did and it was still brown. When I went to talk to them again they were rude and spent more time answering what was obviously a personal call rather than even acknowledge the customer in front of them. No offer to fix the situation was made. They didn't even pretend to call the maintenance man or do anything about it. I was supposed to just be happy with my brown water. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. June 17, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and clean Modern and clean, pleasant environment. Rooms next to the interstate are a little loud, but not bad. Windows don't open on nice nights. Curtains in rooms are sheer and don't block the light from the hotel sign at night, illuminating the room on the corner there. Would be nice to have opaque curtains here. June 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Stay As a first time guest, found the interior well kept and comfortable. Parking was questionable but it worked. The room accommodations were what was to be expected from a Holiday Inn. Shuttle transportation was offered but not used during the stay. I would most definitely re-visit this hotel next time in the area. June 14, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All needs met I was pleasantly surprise at the level of attentiveness given by the staff. I arrived early so my room wasn't ready yet but did get my parking pass. They told me to come back at 3p to check in. They even offered me to park and take the shuttle to find a place to eat. I declined and decided to drive around til check in time. At 3p I arrived back at hotel to no parking spaces available. The manager moved his car and I parked in his space. No hesitation. The room was comfortable, clean and temp was perfect. I did take advantage of the shuttle later to get around the crazy streets of Bmore. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. June 14, 2016
