Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Time Great Staff!!!! This Hotel staff immediately caught our attention upon check in with their polite and courtesy greeting. We inquired about the shuttle and we were immediately introduced to the shuttle driver Dominic, who explained the shuttle schedule and times. We took the shuttle that evening to Fells Point and the surrounding area and we felt like we had a personal tour guide making sure we enjoyed our stay in Baltimore. I would recommend this Hotel anytime your looking to go to either a baseball or football game or just visiting the Inner Harbor. Thank you! August 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Close to Johns Hopkins Will stay here again next week as it is the closest hotel to Johns Hopkins. This will be my third stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle bus will take you to the hospital as well as to the Inner Harbor for free. While Baltimore has its issues, I felt safe and secure at this location. August 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Concert Stay Stayed overnight in order to see the One Direction concert. Air conditioner in room was not working when we arrived, but was fixed when we got back to the room after the concert. Staff is very, very, very friendly and helpful! Only issue I have is that the parking is very limited and on a first come-first served basis that is probably noted in an asterisk somewhere. Room and bathroom were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lobby is beautiful! August 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, extremely slow check in process The hotel is an average experience of what you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express. The free breakfast consists of the usual liquid eggs and sausage with pancake machine and assortment of breads/muffins. The room/bathroom was very clean and tidy, the housekeeping service was top notch. The check-in process was incredibly slow. I was the 2nd person in line behind a gentleman checking in for approximately 20 minutes. At one point, the gentleman had to use the restroom. During that time the desk attendant just sat and waited for the man to finish. Myself and (by this time) 3-4 groups behind me were getting upset with the check in wait. The second desk attendant was on the phone the entire time. It was a very strange experience and everyone was confused by it. August 11, 2015

The shuttle is great, and they have even gone off schedule to take us when not busy. Every employee was great, I especially remember Ericka. Rooms were clean, breakfast good. Parking not exspensive.
