Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Holiday Inn Express Siam Welcomed as a member. Rooms are clean but small. Not recommended for a long stay. Breakfast is basic, but difficult to gain a seat during occupied periods because the tables are not cleaned on time (probably short of staff). This was my second stay and experienced the same problem. Location of the hotel is good. 20 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic hotel, fantastic location I rate the hotel 10/10 but the only thing I did not like is they hold 500 baht per night of your stay, They do not have mini bar in the room, there is no resturants in the hotel, there is no room service 24/7, there is no massage service, so in God sake why the hold 500 baht per night, in which areas the guest can spend 500 baht per night, I askedd at the reception, the answer was if you make phone calls from your room, is that a reason. Please management team think again and came up wih a different solution !!!. I am watiing for your response, as I said this is the weak point but other wise it is 10/10. 17 December 2014
