NOT IN BEDFORD ****WOW***** The staff were great all round the clock.... Brilliant. The food was a bit overpriced but the hotel cleanliness and staff attitude outweighed this I rate this 20 out of 10 08 September 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just the Job Staff were attentive and very informative. Hotel was bright,clean and inviting. Only down side was the trains but I sleep with the window open so no suprise that I could hear them passing through. Great location for a base to explore from. 28 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Would definitely stay there again! The staff were very easy going. They would bend over backwards for you. Great to have a 24hr microwave at hand. The room was slightly narrow for 2 adults and 2 children and this is why I'd give it over 4 stars but not quite 5. We were getting in each other's way in the room due to the sofa bed being open along with the main bed. It would be fine for just 2 adults. The bar/restaurant area could be used by guests bringing their own food in eg domino pizza etc and this was a definite plus point as you could sit at a table and eat with ease. Another great plus point is the marks and spencer simply food at the petrol station on the same grounds! They had everything from salads to cornettos. Definitely will go again 21 August 2014

The Menus were limited for breakfast and dinner. Bar had a limited selection for certain types of drinks. There were plenty of parking places available. Noise from railway can be disturbing if not used to this type of night time noise. 15 August 2014

They are the reason your room is clean. They are the reason that the breakfast is prepared and ready for you in the morining. They are the reason you leave refreshed after a good nights sleep. A hotel is only a building, it's the staff that make it work. And don't forget that the next time you stay! 15 August 2014
