Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by nice room, but temperature a little too warm The room was very nice and comfortable, though the double bed room was much smaller than the two single bed room. Bed was very comforatble - above average for Chinese hotel beds! The room temperature was a little too hot though (we stayed there at the end of December) and couldn't get it cooler. Otherwise a very nice room. Was worth the price. 03 January 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 无法识别白金会员,甚至无法累积积分 完成住宿以后,迟迟没有收到调查问卷,系统也没显示入住记录,凭空此次入住消失了。 电话咨询前台,前台就说确实有入住记录,但是我们没有办法更改什么,你咨询客服就可以了,咨询任何问题回答都是我们没办法,我们看不了,我们没权限,那你们能干嘛?还要和我讲IHG条款吗?我比你们员工熟悉。其中有一位男士留下了我的手机号码,说好下班给我答复,当天我等到7点,也没有电话联系我。 酒店其他尚可,房间也还好,位置不错,地铁方便,服务态度和专业知识急需提高,我想问:你们还是IHG旗下酒店吗?????连我的会员卡号都不知道!!!!! 24 December 2013

It took me nearly 10 minutes to check in. The receptionists are very busy because there are so many people and groups live here. The air conditioner works well, but there are some leaks in the window so it was cool in the room. 23 December 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 最差的假日酒店 周末入住了民族园假日酒店,感觉糟透了, 1,首先在前台登记时前台人员态度很生硬,到房也并没有白金卡欢迎信件,在其他酒店都会有安排,我也不指望有欢迎水果了。 2,前台赠送了两张饮料券,本来准备拿去房间喝,结果餐厅的员工说我们这里没有听装的饮料,说要喝就必须坐在这里喝,用大瓶的饮料打开倒了两杯,那这个券就完全没意义啊,我们拿着行李非得坐在别人正在吃饭的地方干喝两杯饮料,太别扭了。同时餐厅提供服务的那位女士态度也糟透了,她似乎挺喜欢看着顾客听到不能带走饮料的时候的那种不高兴的脸,我们端走了饮料她还和另一位窃窃私语,不会给人尊重。 3,酒店停车是要收费的,酒店只会提供免费三小时的券,其他的时间自费,晚上一块钱一小时还算合理,白天是五块钱一小时,我们停留了一晚上早晨用了一张券,一共快四十的停车费。 4,酒店隔音糟透了,晚上旁边房间的夫妻声音听得清清楚楚,也许这是酒店的通病,不过我还能听见旁边房间人打呼噜的声音,还有旁边房间的孩子也哭了一晚上,我整个晚上几乎都没睡着。 可能是因为离北京的鸟巢较近,旅游团的人多了,酒店的人都麻痹了,不像其他同等酒店的氛围了,绝对不会推荐亲友入住。 12 December 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店藏在巷子里,但是至少应该在周围的路段安装指路牌吧? 住过的IHG酒店中,这次是体验最差的。按顺序把意见写这: 1.路牌的事如标题,还有酒店门口的HIX招牌,灯光半明半暗的,多少年没修了。 2.大厅在楼宇一层的停车场中间,只有车道,人行道小的不合理。 3.Visa Signature卡今年是和IHG有升级优惠的,预订部和前台表示完全不知道。 4.欢迎饮料,如果选杯装就是给倒一杯可乐,选瓶装就是一瓶普通矿泉水,与其这样不如不给。 5.提供的免费剃须刀,质量无比差。 6.退房速度慢,对插队的现象直接无视。 综上所述,硬件方面像一个HIX酒店,管理方面不合格。 03 December 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 非常遗憾 非常遗憾的一次体验,过去住IHG酒店都有意外惊喜,但这次未超越我的期望。酒店入口像地下车库的入口,大堂给人的感觉很压抑。我之前住过Holiday Inn Chengdu Century City,大堂有一架钢琴,音乐缓解了旅途的疲劳和紧张的情绪。而Holiday Inn Express Beijing Minzuyuan则未达到这种效果。Check-in有插队现象,不能及时制止,耽误了近10分钟。最终前台识别出Rewards Club会员身份,送上了水果和饮料券,并作出了道歉。早餐品种一般,咖啡没有配奶精和搅棒。感觉很不习惯。 11 November 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Body lotion! HI chain in china did right thing of providing shampoo bottle fixed on wall, an enviro friendly approach. But they should have lotion bottle, too, especially in Beijing, when the humidity is very low at this time of year. I ask service and they had no idea what it is. So, fellow guest, don't forget to take your own lotion or your skin will suffer, The hotel is at a good location, nice restaurants and shopping next door, easy access to bus and subway. 10 November 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by IHG hotels are my usual brand As a Travel Consultant I usually stay at IHG hotels around the world. They provide convenient booking, usually comfortable and clean. I have stayed in this location many times. Rooms are usually clean and adequate. This hotel is lacking in recognization of Priority Club members. There was not express services available for members although a sign is posted at the front desk! Front desk clerks were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is average but adequate. Hotel did offer a welcome refreshment for members but dinning room staff manner were very poor when redeeming for a drink. Poor first impression for new guests! Room rate was way higher when you booked oversea. Suggestion for future guest to book upon arrival China. 06 November 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not a comfortable stay The room is small with a window to a bad view, a closed area . I made the check-in around 3:00PM, but the room is so bad. I doubt it's due to the room reservation through holiday-in rewards points. I will not choose this hotel next time. 01 November 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 有很多需要改进的。 1、就不说白金会员了,所有会员都和普通住宿的人一起排队办理入住,会员窗口一直都没有人服务。那会员和非会员还有区别吗? 2、入住了一开房门,完全没有打扫,房间乱糟糟脏兮兮,还是上一个客人住的气息,我还真是从来没见过这么办入住的酒店。客人站在门外等着清理卫生的人来,即使打扫完,床边地毯还有大片的污渍,你们是不是该集中清理一下卫生了? 3、早餐尚可,吃完了中午全拉肚。 4、除延时退房,没有见任何其它白金会员待遇。 总之,是我见过了差的假日。 23 October 2013

This HIX is good for these requirements. Relatively close to the city center (12 Km to the center) and about 10 minutes walk to the subway station. The breakfast was just OK. Some noisy from amateur singer nearby before 11.P.M. Except for that the environment should be a valuable choice judging by the price The only concern is the bathroom which looks like quite old and need to be refined 20 October 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not very good experience within Holiday Inn's I have stayed in many Holiday Inns in different city . That's why I will chose Holiday Inn as my preference when chosing hotel . But here is the worst one I have experiecned. First , the room I lived is rather smaller than common one. I booked a standard room with 25 m2 according to the presentation . But actually the room is about 15 m2 in my estimation . And I ask the service table when I leave , she says the room is just like that . Meanwhile I find there are most rooms with 25 m2. Very very bad experience inside the room . For the breakfast , I meet a guest is angry with the Great Meal staff because his little baby in arm is charged with the breakfast fee . In my understanding , the Holiday Inn is always to provide free breakfast for little children. 08 October 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 所有洲际酒店里入住感觉最差的一家 CO的时候前台混乱,前后三个人才办完我的入住手续,其中一位嘴里不听的嘟囔,居然对周末六折的价格有疑问,还不明确告知。 在不做任何解释的情况下,就自顾自的忙别的去了,我整整站在那里等了五分钟,没有任何解释,一直到我主动发问才有人接话,这样的服务,前所未闻!!! 房间的淋浴间的喷头固定架损坏,无法正常洗澡。浴室门不密闭,洗澡之后发现卫生间的地湿了一半。 写字台前的椅子是坏的,靠背歪了! 白金会员没有任何识别,果盘是我跟后来来房间的值班经理提了才送来,唯一的一家没有识别我是白金会员的洲际酒店!! 因为前台办理CO的不愉快,要求见值班经理,前台接待居然告诉我,人不在,入住两小时后才在房间出现,解决方法就是简单的给我换房,没有其他任何表示,很不满意! 05 October 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Fruit Plate for Priority Club Gold Members at Beijing Minzuyuan As a Priority Club Gold Member, I receive a fruit plate every time I stay at Holiday Inn Express at Beijing Temple of Heaven, but when I requested a fruit plate at Beijing Minzuyuan, I was told that this particular location does not offer a fruit plate for Gold Members. I was disappointed by its inconsistent service. Please investigate and improve the substandard service. 29 August 2013
