Car parked blocking car park on check in, advised staff, brought back to attention 3 hours later and ignored. at check out it was still there. asked for another pillow was questioned as to why I needed it. They put a smoking point right under our room window, not good with child with Asthma, when mentioned I was told people need to smoke, People may CHOOSE to smoke, PEOPLE DON't CHOOSE ASTHMA, the hotel is responsible for placing a smoking area in a reasonable part. 23 July 2014

About 10 minutes walk from the Europa Bus Station (the drop and pick up for the airport shuttle bus) Good choice of bars and restauarants close to the hotel on Botanic Ave. only a few minutes walk from hotel. The breakfast selection was good, breakfast served until 10.30 weekdays and until 12 miday at weekends. Building works outside the hotel was noisy, but rooms confortable and clean. Excellant value for money and would use again. 07 July 2014

We had a very comfortable night and slept soundly. The breakfast provided was first class with a wide variety of choice available. We all agreed that we got fantastic value for our money. 06 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A safe haven for travellers My impression of the hotel from the outside was a bit negative as there was quite a lot of rubbish on the pavement and there was noisy building work going on in the backyard. Upon entering the lobby my view of the hotel changed drastically as I was greeted by the very smiley, helpful staff at the desk. I was able to park my car securely in the carpark, which was a bit tricky as the entrance is not very wide. My overall experience is very good indeed and I would recommend it to anybody staying over in Belfast! 03 July 2014
