Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by LAST MINUTE BOOKING The room was comfortable and clean and noise - free and considering what we paid - not bad BUT the breakfast .....lets just say don't assume that you will get a full English...they don't do bacon??! and the sausages I'm sure are the vegetarian type (not to my taste) and no fried eggs (they don't do them either) so stick with the cereal and toast and maybe some beans and scrambled egg....much healthier! anyway! July 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay other than breakfast I had a pleasant stay and found no fault with the hotel/room/staff. However, the short form cooked breakfast (Sausage, beans and scrambled egg) was uninspired and often had one element awaiting "Top-up". For me a cooked breakfast has bacon and fried eggs as a basic element. These can be cooked in five minutes. The scrambled eggs dish was empty for at least that! So the "Express" element is not an argument. June 12, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good and Improved After a bad experience last year I vowed never to return but due to work I have been booked in for next few weeks. The service has improved beyond all recognition since last time and the rooms are in better state. The breakfast has also improved. Still could be a little better but at least its warm and edible. Well done to Brian and his team and they all deserve a mention because their customer service is so much better than it used to be when one or two staff let the place down!! June 8, 2015
