Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre for the Price Clean room. Good bed. Bar and public areas so brightly lit you could hold an interrogation there and get a tan at the same time. Reception staffed by robots with care factor set to zero. Acceptable for a business over nighter but I'd give it a miss if you're staying for leisure. April 17, 2016

Quiet and far from traffic, the room was well equipped and smart, the bathroom was good, and the hotel had the basic facilities one expects in HI Express. April 10, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Membership Status We stayed at your hotel on Sunday 27/03/2016, I had reserved 3 rooms, at point of check in approx 1.30pm the lobby was very congested, When i was approached by reception staff, i was told I was too early to check in, and asked to return a little later. When i returned to check in, i was surprised that my member status was not mentioned, I had to point this out to receptionist, I asked about an upgrade and was told that all rooms are the same in the Hotel, which i know was incorrect, I also had to mention that i was entitled to a free drink or points, which i asked for the points to be added to my account. Upon check out the following day, i was greeted with thank you for being a IHG member, i assume this was due to me paying by my IHG Credit Card. I have checked my account and do not appear to have received the said points, would appreciate it if you could look into this form. Regards ALLAN GOODIER April 6, 2016
