Driving up the outside and the lobby fit the Holiday Inn Express branding, that is where the branding stops. The rooms are still stuck in the 80's. The lobby is filled with renderings of a remodel dated October 2014. The current rooms lack the needs for a business traveler, few outlets, low lighting like 60 watt bulbs in every light. The bathroom like is a bar florescent light from the 80's with a counter built for a child that is falling apart.
Defiantly not the quality that I have become accustom to using IHG hotels. I spend and average of 2 to 3 nights a week in hotels, the reason why I enjoy the normal consistance in IHG branded hotels.

Es una instalacion bastante confortable para un "over nigh" en viaje de trabajo de dos dias, o una parada cuando maneja en grandes distancias en viajes de placer; esta cerca de un aeropuerto comercial.
El desayuno es apropiado a cualquier disciplina gastronómica que una persona tenga en relacion con su salud o dieta alimenticia.
Las instalaciones cubren completanmente lo necesario para tener buen relax.
Y mucho mas.

After driving for 3 hours, I was informed at 4:30PM that my room was not ready. I was not provided an acceptable reason for this.
There were no automatic doors making it difficult for a wheelchair-bound patron (not me) to access the facility

Family vacation, moved rooms twice, could have moved again to a fourth but why bother. P-flap did not work in first room I tried to fix it but could not get it to seat, no problem, it happens. However maintenance guy won't be in until the morning. So I ask for a new room. She asks if the noise of the running water will bother us....ah no, we might want to use it! Move to room two. Its dirty sheets have not been washed they are wrinkled and have lots of hair on the bed sheet. Disgusted, move to room three. Again sheets are wrinkled, like they had been rolled up in a ball and worst case look dirty, best case they are very old. Did find a small hair, maybe it stuck through the wash..doubt it though. At this time it is about 11-11:30pm we are not switching hotels and sick of asking for new rooms and embarrassed for the lady at the front desk, we use the top sheet that is over the comforter (triple sheeting is what they call the white look I believe) as our bed sheet . It looks reasonably clean although wrinkled just as all the bed sheets were. I can tell you we didn't feel very rewarded for our loyalty to Holiday Inn.

I was moved 3 times because of the poor quality of the room not once any staff showed remorse .
Very poor quality of maintance and staff is aware of it.

Poor quality finish out in rooms.
Had to move rooms due to loud poorly functioning air conditioner.
Breakfast selection on the lame side.
