Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Under reconstruction The furnishing that were in the room were new, my suite missing chest of drawer unit. As with reconstruction many amenities still missing or not hooked up. Some of the hotel staff need to be a little more customer friendly, i.e. morning desk clerk. Overall good stay, with only slight inconvenience with only 1 ice machine in use still last day of stay, no soda machines. Would not pay rack rate. November 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Holiday Inn experience ever This experience was one problem after another. This room was prepaid when the reservation was made online, upon check-in there was no record of the reservation or payment and even though we had confirmation showing payment we still had to pay again for the room. The desk clerk also took the paperwork with confirmation information and refused to return it to us. We are disputing the original charge billed to the credit card and have hopes that will be resolved. Had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door and maid knocked on the door 3 times between 8:00 am and 10:00 am and we even pointed out the sign, but she still came back trying to gain entry. The room was in poor condition - the shower was dripping and toilet was constantly running. We stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels fairly often and this had to be the worst breakfast selection we have experienced. So disappointed with this stay my husband is saying that he does not want to stay at a Holiday Inn again. Received no recognition for being a rewards club member and staff not helpful or accommodating and was difficult to communicate with them. November 9, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Remodeled Hotel alot of new things I don't like the remodel. All furnishings are cheap but if that keeps prices down I guess that's ok. The lighting in the bathroom is Horrible! The walls are gray and I guess they were going for mood lighting in the bathroom. It's like getting dressed in a dungeon. Forget about putting makeup on.
