Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good stay We checked in on 2/15 to find that there was no hot water but the technician was working on the problem. Hot water returned on 2/16 with a layer of black residue in the tub and sink that I cleaned before using the shower. 2/17 was OK. At 5:30 am on Tuesday the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated due to a broken water pipe. At checkout that day when I remarked that the stay was disappointing the clerk said "it was pretty bad". I guess that sums it up for me also Pretty Bad 28 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value & Good Servive Front desk was very positive, from the manager & all on the front desk. Great cookies (incl. oatmeal raisin for me & cc for my bride). This is an older unit but well maintained & updated. We were using as a base for two days & I would recommend!! You have to pay attention to find but was restful & relaxing. Also has a good "Perkin's" restaurant within easy walking distance. 26 February 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great plan B - Holiday Inn is stepping up on service and facilities We were unable to get a room at the hotel across the parking lot from this HI - which worked out great for us. This HI is so much nicer than the place we stayed last year. Thanks to the two wonderful young ladies at the front desk for working to get us a room for the week. They went above and beyond in customer service. They also helped out with info on local places we asked about. They also helped us find a wonderful HI to stay in on our return trip home. 16 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and service Enjoyed our five night stay. Checked out late (2pm) on our last day which was great because of a late flight. Hotel could use a little bit of sound proofing...we could hear every door being shut in our hallway, day and night. 14 February 2014
