Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Cozy. Staff was excellent. I would have given this hotel 5 full stars if I didn't get such a bad headache from the paint odor. I stayed here two nights, left and came back 4 days later. The second stay, I asked to be moved to a room that had not been recently painted and the manager took care of it. The staff at this hotel are too notch. From the Manager to the front desk, housekeeping, grounds, down to the crew who makes the delicious breakfast. Love this place! 11 October 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Inconsistent I've stayed here two weeks now with even more scheduled. While the staff is very nice and rooms fairly new and clean, there are many inconsistencies at this location. I had a mix up the first week and somehow they tried to give my room to someone else the second day. Met a very nice gentleman in the hall trying to get in but we went to the front desk and Rachel quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Not a huge deal. But housekeeping is sketchy at best! They clean but always forget to replace something (coffee, shampoo, etc). First week they threw away my barely used bottles and didn't replace the shampoo, conditioner, or soap so I had to go down and ask for more. Twice they didn't leave floor mats so I don't break my neck getting out of the shower! Breakfast is decent and typical HI Express so I knew what to expect. But well stocked at least! Overall, not terrible but also not great. Not sure I would recommend it again but there are limited IHG properties in the area. 08 October 2014

She remembers customers and does several things to enhance our experience. One example: at the end of the time period, she made biscuits with the remaining sausage, wrapped them in plastic wrap, and put them where those of us on the run could take some. Well played. We stay here often. We reserved a room, and asked for 2 double beds and the handicapped shower. They saved for us a king with a handicapped shower. We said we prefer the 2 QN beds, so they put us in a room with 2 QN beds on the 4th floor. They are re-modeling and re-painting on that floor now, and the fumes were a bit extreme at 4 pm when we checked in. SO the front desk staffer moved us to a suite (free upgrade) on the third floor. Service matters. In late September, they are not full on the weekends, and it is really quiet and pleasant. 07 October 2014
