Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A wonderful staff The staff at this hotel is great., Down to the last person. We were there for 2 weeks and had ample opportunities to interact with them all. They go over and above what a guest would expect The hotel isn't bad either. A great location. we walked to many places in Boston. also, it's very near the North Station for Boston's wonderful subway system. The hotel is clean & neat and the only place I would consider in Boston. 25 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What an Experience I have had the pleasure in staying at this establishment twice up to this point and I look forward to staying there the next time I find myself in Boston. The staff and room is of the upmost quality I would love to find in every Holiday Inn Express, but I have only found the same in one other located in Manchester, NH. One step at a time. But, I will never stay at anything other than a Holiday Inn Express unless one is not available within 50 miles of my destination. One last thing, I have never filled out one of these reviews after any of my stays anywhere. But, this one deserves it!!!!!! 24 September 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst location Avoid club nights when staying with children. Police was present 3 to 4 times in the street because of brawls. We couldnt sleep until 4 am when the street noise quite down. 24 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What a great surprise! The Boston Garden Holiday Inn Express was a big surprise! It is located in a rehabilitated older building just a block from the Boston Garden. But even better, it is within easy walking distance to Fanueil Hall, Long Wharf and the wonderful Boston Gardens. The staff was wonderful . . . extremely friendly and anticipating my every need. The room was large and very comfortable. It was very quite - perfect for a great night's sleep. Although the rate was high compared to other Holiday Inn Express Hotels, it was a very reasonable rate in Boston's core city. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Boston. 24 September 2014

The bedroom we occupied was quiet but small and somewhat shabby. The bathroom was well below the standard we expected, with a 'rocking' toilet, loose shower controls and a wash basin which did not retain water. 24 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, very nice staff, very noisy room The hotel has everything to offer a great stay. It is very central, our room had nice furnitures, a microwave, complementary apples and pop-corns, a nice TV, and a nice restroom. Breakfast was very good and the small fitness room was clean, functional, and available 24h. Unfortunately, the room we had was so noisy that I managed to sleep for just about a couple of hours. And this was after changing the first room because it was too noisy, following the suggestion of the hotel staff. The room was plagued with a fairly loud and constant electric/mechanic buzzing. At 8am, another humming kicked in from the outside but by then I had been awake for hours. 24 September 2014
