Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great weekend I stay in IHG properties over 100 nights a year and this was by far the friendliest/attentive staff I have experienced. I'd note names, but the entire team went above and beyond. You can't beat the location either for its proximity to Boston's attractions. The Valet staff was very efficient and made parking a breeze. Highly recommend this location for visiting Boston on business or leisure! 24 February 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly service and great location Holiday Inn and Suites Boston Garden was the perfect choice for us during our recent stay. My husband had to visit some accounts in Boston and I was bringing my granddaughter to see Disney on Ice "Frozen" at the TD Garden. Boston had very limited parking because of the month long snowfall so we decided to say here. The hotel is right across the street from the Garden! The staff who greeted us were so friendly and accommodating! Valet parking was great because there really wasn't a place to park... and the fee of 39.00 is well within the normal fees of Boston parking. The room was a suite and was spacious and clean... beds were comfortable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast area...and there was a nice assortment of hot and cold food. The most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff...there are awesome, especially the ladies who greet you for breakfast in the morning! 22 February 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Terrible Place To Stay. Two actually good staff member This hotel had one word for it. BAD! The breakfast wasn't kept fresh, they do not serve any juices, and I almost spit out my omlette. I had to self park because after driving around attempting to find a place to eat for 2 hours (where 4 fast food restaurants never existed# and my car getting stuck in snow, I missed the valet by 2 minutes. Then I over paid at the convention center for self parking #as opposed to the advertised price for the hotel#. That same day, the hotel did not have satellite service so I couldn't watch tv and I found out my heater was not working properly in my suite. #Yes, I had a suite.# The following day, I used the valet parking. The valet asked when I would need my car and it would be ready at that time when I come down. I asked if he was sure, and he told me as long as that time was written there with the computer in front of him, then I was fine. I give him my time for 9:00am and I come down 9:00am, hand over my valet ticket, and the new valet had no idea what I was talking about so I was late to my job site. Then that valet attempted to dispute with me stating I was wrong when there were times for other people written that they had no problems for. Then I called last night asking for a receipt copy. And the same African American manager with a Jamaican accent whose hand written instructions he previously gave me to get to the convention center to self park stated repeatedly that I never stayed at the hotel giving him the exact check out dates and room number. This place is in a terrible location, no parking, bad food. Its an embarrassment. There were two capable staff members. The service engineer, Bob, was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. And one front desk/manager employee named Christine. She actually was incredible as an employee. She went above and beyond trying to assist me for restaurants and parking. I almost ran out of gas driving in circles for an hour #cause for some reason the valet put an extra 30 miles on my car for a 2 mile drive so I desperately needed to find a gas station) and she guided me to a gas station over the phone. If I could I would promote her immediately and hope she can change this hotel and get it running right. I would take her out for a thank you dinner or drinks for being so helpful if I could. I have stayed in easily more than 20 different holiday in locations and plan on staying in them another 160 days this year. This was awful for a Platinum member to have to put up with. Being late for a job cause of that valet fiasco and the overall unpleasantness is unacceptable. 17 February 2015
