Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Batroom facilities My one recommendation would be to split the lights and the fan in the bathroom onto two switches. I had an elderly parent staying with me who needed a "night" light on to see when they got up in the middle of the night. I had to disconnect the fan so it would not run all night and then plug it back in in the morning. Also the toilet handle was faulty and had to be pulled back up to stop the toilet from running continuously. October 1, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid if you object to cigarette smoke Hotel still has smoking rooms & they put us on that floor in spite of us reserving a non-smoking room. Didn't tell us this until after we checked in & we went back to the front desk to complain that the smell of cigarette smoke hit us as soon as we stepped off the elevator. We asked to be moved but were told they couldn't do that, with an attitude that suggested we were being unreasonable. Hotel seems old, dated and dark on the inside. Breakfast service is terrible, very limited selection because they would only prepare a very small batch of what needed to be refilled so it was gone as soon as they put it out. Staff hangs out around the lobby & breakfast area and complains in front of or directly to hotel customers. Will never stay here again, even though we visit this area regularly. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gabe ... rox From the moment we checked in on Sat., 9/12 until checkout following morning, we were greeted warmly & received great attention. Of particular note was our check-in with Gabe, his thorough assistance with helping us locate Brickstone (where I'd dined 2-3 years earlier). And amazingly enough, Gabe was on duty when we left. He wished us safe travels and asked if there was anything else he could do. Gabe's people skills elevate his customer service to something more on the level of "Customer Delight".
