Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent stay All the staff were cordial and helpful- gave good advice about events/activities in Boston, Diane at the front desk was an excellent "concierge: and a classy, friendly woman. Kitchen staff helpful- breakfast sufficient for anyone's breakfast needs. Enjoyable food and good variety. Lots of TV channels provided and fitness center was useful. Great location for highway travel and shuttle service available for Logan Airport Express. Price beat all the others nearby and was as good- I have stayed at Hampton before. Holiday just as conducive for short stays. 15 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff good location Overall my stay was good. Location was where it was convenient for my purpose and a lot of places close by to get good food. The only thing I did not like was the layout of the room.it had the bathroom sink in the bedroom area and the bathroom was quite small. I also wanted a kind sized bed but ended up with two doubles. Being a gold card member I would have thought that I would have received the request that I have set up on my profile, just a little disappointed. 15 September 2014

I complained twice until finally the manager took it upon herself to move me! she was the only one at the hotel who seems to want to help. the shuttle driver preached to me non stop and had to listen to right wing radio if you wanted a free ride. The breakfast was horrible! I asked if I could get bacon that was not burned and the staff member told me that it was free and basically take what you can get. I was stuck there for two week for work and was going to book my next travel to Philly under Holiday Inn....not anymore! I will not stay here again! 14 September 2014

Meybel took all the time we needed to ensure that we knew the best train to take around the city. She is an asset to your company and we thank her. 28 August 2014
