Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Noisy Poor Customer Consideration Came in to relax from work at 4:30PM. I noticed a gentlemen with equipment and dressed to do tile work. No problem until at 5:15PM banging and pounding started. It stopped around 6:00PM after I call the front desk. The receptionist denied any banging after she checked. Several business phone calls were disrupted. Although the receptionist was apologetic for management to have construction start on off normal business hours is non considerate of it's customers. I mistakenly left the do not disturb tag on the door. I call the receptionist to extend my stay. I could not get room service to clean my room at 4:30PM because they were going home when I arrived. 27 March 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok if desperate.. if not, look elsewhere! Toilet did not flush at all without manual intervention at every single flush. Housekeeping tried to gain access at 7am. The Do Not Disturb sign did not fit the door and fell off every time the door was shut. The ATM machine did not work but it took 2 days before anybody turned it off and put a sign on it. There was a one inch gap at the bottom of the window allowing a 30 degree wind to blow in. The "remedy" was a block of foam which did not fit and blew across the room. Had to wedge one of the hotel towels in the gap to prevent freezing! On attempting to enter the elevator, as soon as the doors opened, a member of staff who was in the elevator constantly pressed the close door button to prevent our entry... a foot in the door was the only way to enter. The room above housed a couple who screamed and yelled every night of our stay until past 3am. All in all, not a good experience but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. 25 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Average "Fitness" Center although tiny should update the equipment. Breakfast needs to be updated as well. Fruit was rotten and the egg dishes should have more variety. Room layout could have been thought out better with a little more room added to the tight bathroom. Overall service was good; adequate parking; good location and for the money OK stay. 23 March 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Just enough to be ok... Not much to say about this place, located in a business park off the freeway. Staff seems limited, Breakfast had potential except the coffee is always out and not immediately refreshed. Rooms are a basic offering with a desk, no frills here. Hotel does not seem to make a big deal over Elite members of the program, I was told "we don't do upgrades: the suites were more than triple the standard room price and "are not offered for upgrades". So if you are expecting a lot ...don't. It is an easy on, easy off the freeway location and that is about it. 09 March 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for Overnight Business Trip Stayed overnight on business in the area. The staff was friendly and quick with check-in. The room was clean. Only downsides were the bed that was too soft for my taste and availability of smoking rooms which made the place smell like a casino in Vegas. Other than that, not bad for a quick place to rest. 01 March 2015
