Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great experience.. Staff was friendly and helpful from day one to check out. Didn't experience any problems with the room other than the pillows were a bit soft. Forgot to check the closet to see if any firmer pillows were available; didn't ask the staff for help. The hotel was neat and clean inside and out. The view from the breakfast area is great with the lake and the grounds... One of the elevators was acting up a bit and the manager said she would report it immediately. It didn't appear to pose any danger; just slow at times.. Next visit will be in Sept. then again in Oct. Looking forward to those occasions.... 04 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allergic Reaction This is a very nice hotle. We would recommend it to any one traveling to the Tampa area. Regrettably a previous guests inconsiderate behavior ruined our stay. My wife and I are allergic to cat saliva and dander. Although our room was supposed to be non-smoking and pet free it was not. Prior to our stay the previous guests had kept a cat in the room and allowed to roam on the beds and easy chair. needless to say at the start of the second day of our visit we were dealing with swollen itchy eyes, trouble breathing, and severe nausea. Pet owners should be considerate and not smuggle their beloved pet into the room and cause other guests to suffer as a consequence of their reckless behavior and disregard for hotel policy and guest rules. The Front Desk person, Maggie, was very concerned and apologetic. She offered to move us to another room and do anything else to make our stay more comfortable. This unpleasantness was the direct result of a previous room occupant disregard for others. 04 September 2014
