The women who managed the breakfast were very cheerful and worked very hard to start everyone's day off right. My room was spotless every day. The housekeeping team did a very good job. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A friendly nights stay After I arrived I was greeted at check in by a very attentive, and friendly person. Although I had forgotten my rewards car, this person was more than happy to take the time to look up my number, and than gave me the amenities that come with this program. I had many questions about the area this hotel was in, and I was given all the information I needed. My wake up call was accurate, the buffet breakfast was colorful and healthy and good for any appetite. As I was walking in and round the hotel, and would see different staff, I was always greeted, and offered any assistance. I am very happy I stayed here, and it is already on my GPS map of the area. The swimming pool looked tempting, cool and refreshing, perhaps next time! April 13, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Stay We stayed in this hotel on our way back from a funeral in south Georgia. We only stayed because I needed to work online late that evening and very early in the morning online. When I checked in I asked if a larger room was available (although platinum upgrades don't appear to happen anymore in IHG!) so that I could work online while my husband and dog slept without being so close and disturbing them. I was told I could have a larger room (with two doubles instead of a king) with a good workspace. The room ended being a room with a desk on the far side of the room in a "nook" with a window, which looked good until I realized there was NO light (no lamp or other light) in that part of the room and NO electrical outlets at all near the desk (only one around the corner with a stand lamp and only two plugins, I had to use the lamp and drag it around to the desk). We also found old to-go food in a container in the refrigerator and dripped residue of food in the bottom of the frig. I stay in a LOT of HIExpress hotels and this one was not up to par. The staff was VERY friendly but that doesn't make up for a dark desk with no outlets and old food in the frig. It was definitely overpriced for the room experience! March 28, 2016
