Bristol North has an excellent Manager, if you bring a problem to her it is sorted out immediately.
Any problems we had were dealt with.

Good clean Holiday Inn Express - just as you would expect.
Only issue was a lack of water pressure in the shower.

This stay was much better than my last experience of Holiday Inn Express (Bristol Airport) - and went a long way to confirming my expectations of what a hotel in the Group should be like. Efficient, courteous staff; a comfortable, well-equipped room; a no-fuss, self-service arrangement in the breakfast room - all this made for an overall good stay.

Room was fine for a budget hotel on par for what expected at the price. Would be nice to have a few more options on the breakfast menu
