Beds were divinly comfortable. Staff friendly and Shuttle drivers helpful. Breakfast generous. Would stay again.

Only one person checking in a group of displaced passengers did a great job on being polite and getting through the group efficiently as possible.
Good range of HD channels.
Clean room although some more care with carpet cleanliness would not go amiss.
Breakfast was the standard HIE stuff.
All in all a good way to rest before the rescheduled flights.

Holiday Inn Express just south of SFO offers easy online reservations, quick and friendly checkin and reliably clean and modern room. Nice bath, climate control and comfy bed. Surprisingly quiet despite proximity to SFO. Only drawback was slightly confusing road rerouting sue to construction, but hardly their fault. Pricier than other cities but that's in the nature of San Francisco and very reasonable.

Staff was very courteous, property was clean and stay was very comfortable. Airport shuttle service was better than expected.

Aside from the great view of the bay, the rooms are also nice and clean. The free breakfast is delicious and most of all, the staff here are excellent from housekeeping, to maintenance, front desk and managers!
I'd definitely stay here again!

The HIEX SF Airport South was a three day stay beginning Christmas Day. What was a horrible travel day from a three hour delay in Salt Lake City, to arriving at the airport car rental agency (Dollar) and being told they had no cars available even though we had a reservation, ended with checking in to the hotel and being treated beautifully. The staffd, (all including Olivia), room, breakfast, where all perfect. The hotel helped us with getting to the only restaurant in the area open on Christmas Day night, and the next day got us back to the airport so we could rent a vehicle for the three days we where in SF. Kudos to your staff and property. and thank you again.
