Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The hotel staff was very helpful with arranging transportation service for my group as it does not offer shuttle service. The only problem I had was that my room was adjacent to the elevator and it was quite noisy throughout the night. 27 October 2014

The front desk staff was extremely helpful, and gave a perfect dinner recommendation. I'd go back in the future. 25 October 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 comfortable stay, great staff and good value We recently needed a hotel stay close to Massachusetts General Hospital. This hotel offered a good rate and shuttle service to the hospital for patients. It offered all the services we needed, i.e. shuttle, breakfast, internet, fridge and microwave in room. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and space in our room and the pleasantness of the surroundings. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the breakfast was great. It is nice to know that such accommodation is available when you are going through the trials of medical procedures. Two improvement suggestions would be towel racks in the bath and a folding luggage rack in the closet. 22 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, Not a Nice Area and Lousy Location The hotel is on a main road in a built up commercial/residential area! The location is not ideal and getting from the hotel to meetings and dinner appointments was awful! Fortunately I allowed 30 minutes extra for my first client meeting in Natick, MA but even then I was about 10 minutes late and had to call en route to let my client know. My other meetings were in the Boston/Cambridge area but even driving a few miles was not pleasant. The 2nd night I had to travel 2.4 miles for dinner in Boston and called for a limo at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm meeting. It took the driver some 25 minutes to make that journey. The staff at the hotel were great but the location left a lot to be desired! 19 October 2014
