Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very friendly and helpful staff After a red-eye west coast flight to Boston we arrived at the hotel in the morning. It was still several hours before the check-in time, but the front desk staff told us our room was ready and gave us the room key. He continued that if we have a few minutes we could even go to the kitchen to get some breakfast before heading out. We felt a very warm welcome for first time visitors to the city. With only one hour left to go to Boston University for a college tour, we asked the staff for direction. The gentleman drew us a route on a map while he deftly handled 3 to 4 inquiries in between. In the end, he gave us his own bus ticket ("to save you a few minutes..."). We have never met with such a customer-friendly staff in any of our previous hotel stays.
