Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good Hotel The hotel cleanliness and staff were extermely good. The breakfast choices were varied and always available at the times indicated. The breakfast staff members were very attentive and always ensured food items were not left out too long and not allowed to become exhausted before replenishing them. The room amenities were restocked each day as needed. 23 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent all around but let down by nearby road noise Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room. Good WiFi Very good breakfast. Lovely cookies. Very good, conveniently located, self-service laundry equipment. Only negative was road noise was constant throughout the night. I come from a quiet, country area and it stopped me getting a good night's sleep. 06 January 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by D.C. Trips Very comfortable hotel when visiting Washington, D.C. It's easy to reach D.C. attractions by car or hotel shuttle to a Metro station. Also, parking is free. Before this visit, I stayed at a hotel in D.C. but on contacting them, I was informed they were now charging for parking. It seems all hotels within D.C. now charge for parking ($25 - $45 a day). Room was clean and quiet. The choice of firm or soft pillows was great. I like firm pillows and it is nice to not have to call the front desk and get someone to go to housekeeping to get firm pillows, especially when checking in late. Hotel staff was very friendly and reminded me of my IHG Rewards Club privileges. I travel with a service dog and hotel staff members were very accommodating. 05 January 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor housekeeping services My family stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on a leisure trip. Upon entering our room we noticed the smell of gym socks. But the room was clean. The next morning as we stepped out of the hotel, we left a sign on our room door requesting for our linens to be changed and room to be cleaned. As we arrived that evening, lo and behold, everything in the room was untouched! The linens were not changed, the room and bathroom was not cleaned. The used towels were still on the bathroom floor and nothing was changed and refreshed. We complained at the front desk and since housekeeping was gone for the evening, the cleaning guy on duty tried to change the sheets and provide for our needs at around 10:15 in the evening, but not to clean the room and bathroom. The next morning since the hotel manager was not there, we spoke to the head of housekeeping about the neglect. Upon checking out, the front desk clerk told us that the housekeeping person on duty the previous day said that we placed the "do not disturb sign on our door" that's why it was not cleaned. As of now, I still have to speak with the hotel manager about this. I know what sign I placed on my door, and that is for my linens to be changed and my room to be cleaned. 28 December 2014

THE STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AT CHECK IN AND WAS ACCOMODATING WITH A LATE CHECK OUT REQUEST/ THAT MADE MY DAY AS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT IN THE MORNING AND WOULD RETURN A LITTTLE AFTER THE 11 AM CHECKOUT TIME AND DID NOT WISH TO LUG LUGGAGE AROUND. SO THANK YOU FOR MEETING MY NEEDS. AS USUAL CLEANLINESS AND COMFORT WAS THEIR TRADEMARK/ 11 December 2014
