Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dependable consistent quality The hotel provides a reliable level of service, and is generally good value. The staff are always friendly - having the facility for a late check in is useful when travelling. The rooms are comfortable, they are always clean. There is a reasonable sized desk, as a well as a comfortable bed. I was fortunate to have a room on the first floor so had mobile phone reception. In common with many hotels the temperature in the rooms tend to be too hot; however the rooms have opening windows so can get fresh air. Another pleasant night at a Holiday Inn. 23 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very comfortable The room was fresh and a good temperature on arrival. I liked the fact I could moderate the temperature myself with a responsive heater and a window that opened sufficiently to ventilate well. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I appreciated the choice of firmness of the pillows. The room was well designed with adequate power sockets, and found an additional one underneath the tv unit! Breakfast was a bit fraught as the hotel was full and everyone decended at the same time (or at least it seemed like it). The coffee wasn't to my taste but there was a good choice of food available to ensure preferences were met. It met my expectations for a budget hotel room but the comfy bed and temperature control was exceptional. 22 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Welcoming Staff Overall a good nights stay. Due to the restaurant being the same as for the breakfast it did not have a feel of quality. Fine for breakfast but not for dinner. When having dinner it was almost like eating in a works café, not the hotels fault as they were using what they had but next time I would probably have dinner elsewhere. 18 March 2015
