Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Week We came down and got 2 rooms for grandparent and sisters to the bride. We walked into the room and it had the smell of mildew. I found especially bad in the shower because of the shower curtain. The bathroom needed serious remodeling...the broken tile in the center of the bathroom and the threshold cannot be over looked by just putting a nice modern sink in. The tub had patchwork and it needed some caulk work (i wonder if the room below had any water damage because of it). OH...and the toilet needed a little repair...we had to hold the flush leaver down for it to work. September 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No Surprises! Overall the Hotel was typical Holiday Inn, which is GREAT! No surprises, clean room, good beds with plenty of support and a wonderful morning breakfast. The Internet was really slow the night we were there compared to other Holiday Inns, but still workable. We were towing a large enclosed utility trailer the night of our stay which has been a problem as far as finding parking for it in the past at other Holiday Inns. I ask the front desk about parking and was told I could park my truck and trailer at the Cracker Barrel restaurant located in front of the Hotel and since we were going to have dinner there anyway it was very convention. We have a few more trips planned to north Georgia in the coming months and will be staying at the Holiday Inn. September 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Worst IHG stay ever. This was the worst IHG hotel I have ever stayed in. The tub in my room was repaired and poorly epoxied. My room wasn't cleaned the second day and although the front desk asked me to stop by on Thursday morning to talk to them about it, the young man at the desk in the morning was a jerk and acted like it wasn't a big deal. All in all I would have to say that this hotel is an example of why I am a Diamond member with the OTHER guys and only gold with IHG. September 14, 2015

She was very busy that night and always kept her professional look and smile on. She had no help and knew how to multi task... give her a raise she deserves it and also some help. September 8, 2015
